This equipment is used in cattle slaughterhouses. It is used to turn over cattle after electric anesthesia or pneumatic stunning, and then hang them up by tying their feet. The box body and side panels are hot-dip galvanized, and the flaps are made of stainless steel. The cylinder and pneumatic components are made of aluminum alloy. 1.Live cattle enter the pneumatic flap box from the cattle driving path, and after two flaps, they are hung and bled according to halal standards before being released.
After the cow enters the flip box, it uses a secondary pneumatic rollover. The first rollover releases the cow's legs, and one of the cow's hind legs is tied with a cow leg chain. The second rollover releases the entire cow's body, and it is lifted by a hoist into the bleeding track, where the cow is hung upside down for stabbing and bleeding.
2.Hanging and Bleeding
When the cattle enter the track through the bleeding elevator, the track will be opened automatically, and the roller bleeding chain will be hung on the track. The bleeding track is designed to be 5100mm above the floor of the workshop. If it is a hand-push track, the hand-push line is designed to have a slope of 0.3-0.5%.
3.Carcass Processing and Conveying
When the cattle enter the carcass processing conveyor, the pneumatic lifting and fork automatically spread the hind legs, the first leg spacing is designed to be 500mm, and then enter the carcass processing conveyor station operation. The station spacing of the carcass processing conveyor: 2100mm or 2400mm
After the legs are spread, the cattle carcass is pre-skinned, and the hind legs, chest, and front legs are pre-skinned with a skinning knife or a pneumatic skinning knife.
4.Peeling
1) The pre-stripped cow is automatically transported to the skinning station, and the two front legs of the cow are fixed on the cow leg frame with the cow leg chain.
(2) The skinning roller of the skinning machine rises to the position of the cow's hind legs through hydraulic action, and the pre-stripped cowhide is clamped with a cowhide clip, and the cowhide is pulled from the hind legs to the head. During the mechanical skinning process, operators on both sides stand on a single-column pneumatic lifting platform to perform trimming until the head skin is completely pulled.
(3) After the cowhide is pulled off, the skinning roller starts to reverse, and the cowhide is automatically placed in the cowhide air delivery tank through the cowhide automatic unfastening chain.
(4) The pneumatic gate is closed, and compressed air is filled into the cowhide air delivery tank, and the cowhide is transported to the cowhide temporary storage room through the air delivery pipeline.
